RETURNS AND WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT TO CANCEL YOUR PURCHASE:
1. Mark the products you wish to return on the return form included with your parcel, or download and complete the withdrawal form – Greypet Return Form.
Send the completed and signed form within 14 days from the date you received your order to the e-mail address: info@greypet.com, or by post to:

2. Pack the product together with the signed return form in an envelope or box and send it back within 14 days from the date you submitted your withdrawal statement.
Please ensure that the returned products are properly secured for transport.

You will be notified of the refund via email. Refunds are issued within a maximum of 14 days from the moment you inform the store of your withdrawal.
This period may be extended until the returned product is received or until proof of shipment is provided.
The refund method will correspond to the payment method used when placing the order.
We do "not" accept COD (cash on delivery) shipments or parcels sent at the recipient’s expense.
Legal Notice – Statutory Right of Withdrawal
1. In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014, the Consumer may withdraw from the contract of sale of the purchased Product without stating a reason and without incurring any costs other than those specified in Articles 33, 34(2) and 35 of the Act, by submitting a written declaration of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the day on which the Consumer received the Product or the day it was taken into possession by a third party designated by the Consumer other than the carrier.
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the declaration before the 14-day period expires—by registered mail or by email.
It is also possible to submit the declaration directly to the Seller.
2.For withdrawal from a contract for the provision of an Electronic Service, the 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day the contract is concluded.
3.If the declaration of withdrawal is sent by email, the Consumer may use the withdrawal form available on Greypet.com.
The Seller must immediately confirm receipt of the withdrawal declaration sent electronically.
4.If the Consumer places a single order for multiple Products delivered separately, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the Consumer or a third party (other than the carrier) indicated by the Consumer obtains physical possession of the last Product.
If Products are delivered in parts or batches, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day of possession of the last batch or part.
5.The Consumer may revoke their withdrawal declaration only if the revocation reaches the Seller at the same time or before the withdrawal declaration.
6.Costs borne by the Consumer under Articles 33, 34(2) and 35 of the Consumer Rights Act include:
* costs of returning the Product using a method other than the cheapest standard return option offered by the Seller,
* direct return shipping costs,
* costs of services performed until the moment of withdrawal.
7.The Consumer may withdraw from the sales contract **in whole or in part** (i.e., for one or several Products).
8.The Consumer must return the Product without undue delay, at their own cost, via post or courier, or by returning it directly at the Seller’s premises—not later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal.

unless the Seller has agreed to collect the Product.
9.If the Consumer chooses a return method more expensive than the Seller’s cheapest standard option, the Seller is not required to reimburse the additional cost.
10.A proof of purchase must be included with the returned Product.
11.Products must be returned in an unaltered condition, unless the alteration was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the Product.
12.The Consumer is liable for any diminished value of the Product resulting from handling it in a way other than what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
13.The Seller must refund all payments received from the Consumer, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than **14 days** from receiving the Consumer’s withdrawal declaration.
14.Refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the Consumer, unless the Consumer explicitly agrees to another method that does not incur any additional costs.
Payments made by payment card will be refunded to the bank account associated with the card used for the original transaction.
15.Unless the Seller has offered to collect the Product, they may withhold the refund until they receive the returned Product or until the Consumer provides proof of shipment—whichever occurs first.
16.The right to withdraw from a distance contract does **not** apply to Consumers in relation to contracts for:
a. services fully performed with the Consumer’s express consent after being informed about the loss of the right of withdrawal;
b. Products or services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market outside the Seller’s control;
c. non-prefabricated goods manufactured according to the Consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised;
d. goods liable to deteriorate rapidly or with a short shelf life;
e. sealed goods which, after opening, cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons;
f. goods which, due to their nature, become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery;
g. urgent repairs or maintenance services requested explicitly by the Consumer;
h. goods purchased via public auction;
i. the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, if performance began with the Consumer’s prior express consent before the withdrawal deadline and after being informed about the loss of the right of withdrawal.
